Thor Tellaro Battery Charging & Frig Issue

Hello - I have a 2021 Tellaro KT with a possible charging issue and a dead frig. A couple of weeks ago we went to the coast and ended up staying in a hotel. Weather was stormy and cloudy thus not much solar charging or driving. Had full frig thus left the cabin power on. I forgot to set the generator to automatic start thus I ended up running the batteries down to about 12v. I noticed as on the last morning the frig was dead. I started the engine and cabin batteries came up to 13.3v but not the usual 14.4v. The frig ran for a few minutes and then died. Drove for a few hours home and after driving the batteries were up to 12.6v, no frig running and with engine running cabin batteries still only 12.6v. I shut everything down and charged batteries with shore power overnight. Now batteries at 13.6v and 14.4v when engine running but frig still will not turn on. I checked all fuses and all good.
1) is this charging behavior a normal recovery from a dead battery.
2) any ideas why the frig won’t come back to life?
