Sorry all that I had not followed back up to post the outcome.

I took the coach back to the Wakarusa Service Center mid October. They fixed the slide. The root cause was a failure in the furthest rear roller. Roller fixed, all rollers reviewed and adjusted, Schwintek rear and front systems replaced.

Thank you all for the counsel.

Yes, Glad to see your slides are working again. I also had a problem and had to get a repair 3,000 miles from home. I have come to believe that the slides are complicated and rely on the motors properly seated, the rollers balanced and the t-bar glides not binding. If all are working and adjusted properly, the system works very well. The mechanic who worked on my system found the t-bar glides binding. Once adjusted, and the motors properly seated, my slides work great and actually close tighter than ever before.
