No power

Last trip out everything worked fine,when back home plugged into shore power and nothing worked only the engine would start and nothing else will work????

Does everything work running the generator? Did the use/store switch get bumped and turned off?

To understand correctly when post "no power" you have no 12 volt (batteries) or 110 volt power (shore power)?
If neither it sounds like wiring issue somewhere.
You didn't indicate the year model of your coach, if the batteries are 4-5 years old it's time for replacements.
If no shore power it's either a tripped breaker where you're plugged into or bad connection somewhere, time to drag out the VOM meter & start checking.

Sounds like you have a 2016 Palazzo.

I don't get what "power light on investor remote does not come on" means.

So if interior lights don't work when plugged into SP, regardless of the position of the USE/STORE switch, you have other problems besides dead house batteries. Start at the beginning: What kind of SP are you plugged in to? Is it the standard 240 VAC/50 Amp plug or are you using adapters? Is there power (120/240 VAC) at the source plug? Is ther power at the end of the cable that plugs into the coach?

While troubleshooting that, put a battery charger on your house batteries to get them charged up and then verify that your USE/STORE switch is in USE and you have interior lights for future troubleshooting including seeing if the generator will supply power to the coach.

I would guess that they mean that there is no indication of supply at the remote panel for the inverter.

Good translation! But since he already declared dead house batteries that doesn't add much to the description of the problem. I don't believe his MH has an Inverter/Charger as original equipment, just an inverter.

Best to start with the basics.

Charge and test house batteries first (including acid levels/specific gravity), THEN check what does and doesn’t work from there.
