No power to AC or Microwave

2015 Thor ACE 29.2
No power with generator OR hooked up to 120.
Checked the breaker box. Flipped them all off and back on.
Checked the breaker in the battery compartment.
Checked the breaker in the engine compartment.
Checked GFI
Is there a breaker somewhere I don’t know of?
What am I missing?
Thanks

I’m not familiar with the ACE but I’m assuming you have 50amp service. If that is the case, it sounds like there is a problem with one of the 120v lines coming into the coach (assuming the A/C and microwave are on the same line).

Since it behaves the same with the generator and shore power, I’m going to rule out the transfer switch.... although there could be a loose / bad connection on the output of the transfer switch so that is one place to look.

There are could be an issue with the main breakers in your power control panel. There should be two main 50a breakers controlling the power input.... one for each line. You can check for a bad breaker or a bad connection coming into the power control panel as well.

if neither work on Shore or Gen, but everything else '120v' 'seems' to be working, it 'could' be a loose wire on one of your 50amp Main Breaker sides, since there are two.
These could also be the case within your ATS(auto transfer switch)... either way, check all 120v wire connections in the Main Panel, the ATS.

Are you absolutely SURE all other outlets and other 120v appliances(elec water heater) are actually also WORKING?

Actually it’s 30A.
Broke out my meter and tested the breakers. They’re good. Got 120 to them.
Realized I don’t have 120 to anything, even the outlets.
Weird...
Schematic I found online is pretty much useless.
I’ll keep digging. thanks.

So you are saying you have 120V at every breaker but no power to any outlets or appliances? Where are you measuring the voltage?

If you have 120V coming into the power center but nothing coming out, then it sounds like a loose wire going into the neutral bus bar or a loose wire going into the breaker bus.

Which breakers? The ones where you plug in? Or the ones in the coach?

If your transfer switch is fried and neither the shore power or generator relay is engaging, then you would not get power to the breakers in your power control panel.

When you said you had power at your breakers, that is why I said it would likel not be your transfer switch.

I have seen transfer switches where the relays fail on one side and you have shore power or generator power but not both.

That's why i asked "which breakers?"
