I never let ours get below 1/2 tank. Even with that it's over $100 and credit card shuts pump down. Only need to fuel up again but under $100 to get a full take. My tank is 60 gallons gas.

We tried the same thing but as stated it would not handel the start surge. We purchased another 2k and was great to power everything. Better to pickup and handel 2 generator's that a 3k or bigger.

Be careful with thread lock and if you do go Blue not RED. You double nut with a nylon lock nut also. Good luck and be sure the travel is centered.

If I was you I would double nut the U-Bolts nuts so that there is no way they will loosen. Looks good as long as you have the left and right travel range.

It's not the main blower that throws out air into camper but like a small blower at the furnace itself to clear out last gasses. At least that's what I think. Thanks for the reply.
