Gas Mileage
With a Thor Axis 24.1, we average a bit more than 11 mpg for the entire trip. On highway, at 60 mph; we get about 13.2 mpg

Battery Replacement
We replaced the Pb acid batteries in our 2021 Axis 24.1 with Battleborn Li batteries. They are not cheap, but the battery life increase is well worth it.

I am a retired automotive suspension engineer. The lift kit would make the Axis much less stable, especially at highway speeds; primarily due to the higher vehicle CG. I would advise against it.
