Have you considered a hitch receiver spare tire carrier? You could haul tire in trailer when towing, and move it to motorhome receiver when not towing. It'd be extra work but carriers are inexpensive and or easy to build. Your tire and wheel should be fairly light. Or they make combo receiver units that allow hauling a tire and towing a trailer at same time.

I wouldn't attach to ladder, in part because I'd be concern it would damage ladder. Plus you'd have to remove tire every time you'd want to go up on roof.

Another possible option is to mount off back wall (my Class C was like that) but looking at pictures of your interior there is no good place to have a backing plate on inside of MH that wouldn't show. Even so you may want to ask Thor if they offer an option for a spare tire carrier.
