Until we get to fixed pricing it always will be game - one in which the house holds most of the cards. Not unlike how car buying used to be. And still is sometimes though it certainly is getting easier to “negotiate” an honest price on a car. It’s also much easier to complain that something isn’t fair than it is to take responsibility for not paying more than you should. I.e. if you choose to play the game at least be prepare for it.
