Not familiar with Axis but there must be some similarities. On the Challenger system on shore power, there is an Automatic Transfer Switch that senses power from either the on-board generator or 110. On shore power, the converter/charger is next. If you are plugged into shore power, the converter/charger should be on. The power goes from there to your battery bank. The converter/charger has a breaker and a fuse. I'd check them first. If they are working, I'd next check to make sure that the converter has power. If so, then check to see if the converter has voltage coming out.

I spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting our system. The principles should be the same with your system.
