Thank you both for your replies. We had found that we had some luck with running the hot water during the extension of the slider, but it is not truly consistent. Hadn't thought to just pressurize the lines and extend. Will try that. Do you ever boondock? and if so, does pressurizing with the pump work for this problem? Thor, I suspect that you are correct about the cause of the kink. Will explore there today. We figured that it had to be a pretty straight shot to the tank, so felt very confused about how on earth a kink could happen. We have had the electrical area open when trying to figure out some electrical issues. Oh wow, you are right about the mess of wires!
