That one looks really cool for an individual or couple who wants to be semi-full timers, but also want to have a permanent address, etc.

Years ago I recall looking at small houses in the Texas Hill Country, within a campground, that were essentially considered “trailers”. If I recall they avoided many taxes as long as they weren’t more than around 400 square feet. This idea seems similar but with carport (RV port?) added.
