I would leave the slide out extended and the jacks down. Sagging shouldn't be a problem. Vents open or closed, either way should be fine. My personal preference would be to leave the vents closed when unoccupied, and use a moisture absorber product if you have moisture.Others will tell you they prefer to leave them open.
