He went through the motions and determined that the motor needed to be replaced. I called Thor CS and got the part number and then had it shipped direct from my dealer.
In order to get home, we removed the shade which required cutting the wiring. If you do this, be sure to mark the wire colors. The motor wire colors are not the same as the coach wiring. The removal of the motor is pretty simple (4 screws). Before inserting new motor test it and make sure the shade is rolled up. Then insert new motor and replace shade. I would highly suggest two people for this job. Let me know if any questions.

I have a Thor outlaw with a motorized front shade that is driving me crazy. Can program and it will work once and then it will stop have way down. Have to return to up position and then start over. Slow rise has no customer service and have had no luck from other sources. Any thoughts?
