ACE 29.3 driver and passenger window noise... helpl!

We are now on our third year of ownership and still have a problem that I am unable to figure out. If you lock the passenger window, there is an extreme wind noise that appears. If you unlock it, most of the noise goes away. The drivers window does the same thing. The solution so far is to leave both windows unlatched when traveling down the road.

The first drivers window exploded while underway, and of course Thor would not replace it saying glass breakage was not covered. When we took delivery this window would not slide open and the dealer "worked" on it to make it slide. Likely there was some kind of strain on the glass.

Anyway, I would like to know if others have experienced excess wind noise from the side window(s) and how they solved the problem.
