Getting our ladder "repaired" (tightened the bolts down to the rear cap wall) was on our list of warranty repairs. Since I didn't have access to the inside of the rear wall, a tech had to handle redoing the bolts that the ladder is attached with. I tried to take my 250 lbs. up the ladder and it was fine until my weight cleared the halfway point, then it started drooping. Now I use a 12' collapsible ladder for all work and roof access.
