No, you can't have the TPMS on it, it would just flap around like a fish on a hook. I use it to put air in the tire, then take it off and then put my TPMS back on the stock valve stem.

Can't do that with the wheel covers on many of the Thor coaches. The stock valve stem is too short and/or at the wrong angle.
