Actually that pole gets moved about every 2 to 3 years after a car takes it out at 2 in the morning. Since it has been moved twice the contractor took about 1/2 mile of shielded copper wire out of the ground that was not removed by the utilities the last two times the pole was replaced. The utility crews just rolled the wired and buried it in the ground.
