We don't know what coach you have. but I will try. The outside TV usually has a cable running to the bedroom (Jensen) radio. It is plunged into the aux input on the back. The outside speakers are on the B output so select Aux and B and with a little luck you have sound. To control the volume, you can sinc your phone by a Bluetooth ap to the radio. Also, there is also a wireless remote that you can purchase. It seems that the newer coaches do not link the radio and the outside TV. A FM or Bluetooth transmitter can be used to link the TV to the Radio. The Jensen radio manual is available on the Jensen website.
