The rear motor quit working I spoke to Thor and the emergency technicians just said I would have to take it somewhere to be repaired was no assistance at all. I called back on Monday and was able to get a tech that told me where and how to see the motor. I found the wiring channel was not attached to the wall so this caused the wiring on the motor to break loose (very small wires) so you would be wise to check these to avoid the same problem. This coach was bought a little over two years ago with 14,000 + miles and now has 26,000 miles and I came on the website tonight to see if anyone else's captain chairs seat covers were flaking off. I thought I had problems with my coach but after seeing the problems are having I feel better about my RV. I don't believe Thor cares about repeat customers.

Welcome to the forum! It's a great place to get help and support. If you're out of warranty Thor isn't really going to help when stuff breaks. Our first motor home was a Winnebago. We bought it from the original owner who said that at any given time something will be broken on it. That was 20 years ago. It's just the nature of the beast. It's helpful to understand that, and to find a good RV repair shop near you.
As for the peeling upholstery, that's the fault of the furniture manufacturer. Many other brands and models have the same issue. I have seen it before. It looks terrible and is expensive to repair. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for you on that point.
