Schwintec slide out of sync..

My RV: 2015, Thor Hurricane 34J, with one large slide out.

Problem: Front side of slide, the top slide rail is out of sync from the bottom. When the bottom of slide is closed in and tight, the top of slide is still about 3/4 inch out, barely contacting the seal flap...

Happened last trip. I heard the “cog” slip when extending the slide out. On the way home it rained and the gap I’m describing is enough that rain water leaked in ( thankfully just a little ).

Any ideas of how to approach this issue?

Thanks in advance for your input....
