Glad he mentioned shaking the slide, ours would have never come out without me pushing out at the top of the slide and prying up on the motor at the same time. still wasn't "that" easy, a ventriloquist wouldn't have any trouble.

I give this a 2 (oil change) on my DIY 1 to 10 scale

Here are the "I gotya's" that weren't in the YouTube from Lippert.
1. The slide must be EXTENDED far enough to get a Square bit screwdriver on the screw.
2. The slide must be RETRACTED to get the motor out.
Install
1. A lot of shaking and moving the slide to get the motor to drop in.
2. When you drop the screw it will fall inside the slide, easy to get to, from the outside, at the bottom in the corner of the slide.
