Same thing happened to my Windsport 29M on both the drop down bunk and the slide. For the bunk, the right side was slightly lower resting on the safety pin. I raised the bunk, held the switch for 5 secs and error code gone. Sounds like the counts on the motors get mismatched, hence the code. On the slide, I hit retract then extended the full amount, again held the switch for the required 5 seconds and no more error. When I hit retract, I heard the motor run for just second do am guessing again it was slightly off-count from the other motor. Make sure you always extend/retract the full amount and always hold the switch for 5 secs after the move is complete.
