Sure, however, now that I've had 2 EV's it really isn't that hard to achieve the rated mileage. In fact its pretty easy to go above it.
My Focus Electric was rated around 70 miles. In the summer I could easily squeeze out 80 miles or more from it (we won't talk about winter LOL..50 miles because the heater was just a resistive element. But then you don't use an RV in the winter too much...right?? LOL).
In the Bolt, which is rated at 238 miles, I'm averaging around 250 miles a "tank" of electrons. Haven't had the Bolt in winter yet to know what I'll get out of it.
