Yeah our passenger side mirror is almost useless. Haven't thought about a spacer since you'd have to move it out a good 3" or 4" that might look a little goofy.

I guess safer and goofy is better than not goofy and less safe, however.

I wonder if it would be better to just change out the mirrors to something that can be positioned. Of course that would probably be more expensive.

I agree with your statements about the mirror. I guess I am going to just live with it. I also looked around at the possibility of installing a mirror that sticks out enough to get the full side view but the mirrors are extremely expensive ($600-$700?) so I opted for a LED porch light instead. (RV sarcasm)
