Assuming yours has a residential fridge and 4 6volt batteries, the boondocking requirements are fairly steep and will require a combination of power management, solar and generator unless you want to invest a ton.
A good educational source is the "Gone with the Wynns" website. For boondocking with lots of electronics, they use over 600 AH of lithium batteries and over 1000 W of solar to get them through 3+ days without running the generator. They oversize everything to account for cloudy days.
I installed a roof mounted Go Power AE-4 (680 Watt) system and then turn off the icemaker and turn down off the fridge overnight. This ensures I don't suck down the batteries overnight, and can use the electric coffee maker in the morning.
There are do many options on batteries and solar and the Wynns video on the issues with solar shading for their boat is a major eye opener!
Good luck!
