No VAC with Gen Power

Hello all. I read previous post and think I have narrowed down the culprit as the Auto Transfer Switch or Relay. In my 2014 Axis 24.1, it's under the fridge behind the converter circuit breaker panel. As a newbie at disassembly, I'm not quite sure how to get to the switch. I removed the paneling next to the CB panel and can see it near the outer wall between the water heater and the furnace but can't get at it. Any recommendations?
