I have the Porter Cable 1.5 gal, oil free, max 150 psi.
It's the shrouded version (hard plastic cover), so very easy to store.

Works great for my tires (82 psi) and also use it to blow the air out of the water lines.

I got mine from Pep Boys a year ago & paid about $110 or so, but it looks like it went a bit.

I did see Lowes has a Craftsman Pancake oil-free for $99. I think it's a max of 100 psi.

Good luck - there are plenty of good options out there. If you are using for your water lines, I would stick to the oil free versions. No sense risking getting oil in the lines.
