Auto level jack system

I have a little something I'm very curious about.
Last month while driving to Memphis I experienced
a 12 - 15 deg drop in temp between Birmingham and Memphis.
It started a light snow as we cleared Tupelo.
About 30 miles outside Memphis we had ice on the windshield
a fair snow taking place 28 deg's etc..
I mention all this because I'm not sure if a sudden
drop in temp would effect what I'm about to ask.

Driving along and the jack panel lit up every light and it made a beeping
sound five (5) times in a row about 1 second apart.

I have never heard of this or as of yet read anything about such as this.
I was sort of expecting the jacks to lower as I drove down the interstate.

I started to slow down a bit and made ready to apply the brakes
if needed in the event of hearing metal drag the pavement.

Nothing ugly happened and I continued this trip and
a follow up 450 mile trip last week with no further beeps or lights flashing.

Anyone here have any ideas of what took place? Any wisdom to share?

Thanks.
