I ordered the pads from Lippert. You will have to supply them with information about your RV and leveling system.
The pad is held in place with a bolt. The reason the pad fell out is because the bolt loosened and fell out. When I replaced the pad, I applied blue colored thread locker to the threads on the bolt. As I recall, the only tool I needed was a 3/4 inch wrench or socket. Remember, "righty tighty/lefty loosey".
