Your interior Norcold refrigerator should have a locking latch that prevents it from opening en route. It shouldn't need a bungee. I'd get that fixed.

The exterior kitchen refrigerators are like a dorm room fridge with nothing more than the magnetic door seal to keep them closed. Those can benefit from a bungee or latch.
