heat duct collapse

I have a 2015 38gk redwood 5th wheel. Almost all the heat from the furnace goes directly to the bedroom and bathroom. Very little heat goes to the living room/kitchen. I ran a scope camera through the duct from the end of the island back towards the furnace. I discovered the duct is collapsed just about at the steps. Could someone recommend the best or easiest way to access this duct so it can be repaired?
