Well im not 100 % sure since I never had to fix one. But what I would do is have someone flush the toliet (or drain a full tank) while someone is up on the roof listening (Smelling?
) for air flow? Most likely if your tank was full to the max some paper and other stuff could have clogged this vent ... so if a good tank flush dont help maybe try pressuized air from the roof vent down? Or perhaps water? (But if the clog dont clear water could be a problem making a mess somewhere inside the RV??).
Perhaps someone else can chime in on this one.
