3.5” Lift on JK Wrangler

I tow my 07 JK with a Rock Krawler 3.5” lift and 37” tires. I use a 10” drop hitch receiver (not a drop hitch) flipped up. I use that with a Blue Ox towbar. I attach the towbar to my Jeep’s Smittybilt XRC front bumper’s D-Ring lugs with adapters from Blue Ox that are made for this purpose. The Jeep end of the towbar is still 2” higher than the drop hitch receiver when all connected.

You will need to measure the height of the receiver and compare that to the height of the point on the Jeep where the towbar connects. Based on the math is how you will determine what size drop hitch receiver to get that will keep the towbar as level as possible. Should be less than 3” difference.
