Ford, sometimes they have three fuse panels.
The one under the hood by the radiator drivers side, the one under dash up and left of the brake pedal, and sometimes another at the passenger side, under panel by where your feet go on the right.
Get yourself a tester that hooks to ground and has a needle point end with a light in it.
Most all the spade type fuses now a days can be tested, both sides of them, without pulling them.
Just be sure the ignition is turned on first, then a pair of needle nose pliers comes in handy.
