I looked at our 2017 Axis 25.2 Chassis Battery (it’s on a Ford E450 2016 Chassis – purchased as a 2017 in March 2017) Photo Attached: I can see G519S on the Battery and the scan code number CFIT-10655-B … I’m assuming it’s maybe a FoMoCo MK BXT-65-650 G519S. It does have removable caps same as house batteries and it took distilled water to bring level up to about ½ inch below the cell tops. I installed Flow-Rite Qwik-Fills on the house batteries easily and got a Qwik-Fill “B” kit for the chassis battery. Can’t seem to get the Quick-Fills to seat down on the battery tops, almost like they are too long and bottoming out on the cell tops. Has anyone fitted the Qwik-Fill on these batteries? If so is the spacer a “24” or a different length - I tried 24 seems OK for spacing, but cannot get the fills to seat ... they stay about 1/8 inch high?
