Hi....yes your post is visible, but sometimes the people that actually have the appliances may not have seen your post yet. I always fall back to "reading the owners manual" as a first line of defense......but they don't always do a good job of explaining things. Page 20 of the owners manual has a blurb on cleaning the dispenser but it is minimal. If you don't have it....link attached which I hope works and is the correct unit for you.
