If extending and you keep your finger on the button, it will actually wind back up over itself...then when you push the extend button...it tries to retract but it's already there. It was rolled up while cleaning the coach. I didn't wash the awning itself. I've tried the buttons near the door and the control panel (Firefly). I don't even hear the motor trying to do anything.
