If you can make them hold on outside it would work fine im sure.
But they fit on inside the windows great... AND they are almost invisable (with dark tinted windows) from outside and its not affected by wind or rain.
Plus I can drive with the bubbles in the dinning room and bedroom windows to reject heat going down the road or while we stop for lunch. Takes seconds to install and remove and I store flat (or folded some) under my mattress.
