Yeah, with two 11,000 Power Savers, the Energy Management system should drop off one A/C when microwave is turned on. And since an 11,000 Power Saver only pulls around 10 Amps under normal conditions, running a microwave at same time should be OK without tripping main 30A breaker.

The water heater I would run on propane when 2 A/Cs are needed.
