Here is a link to the EC30 manual which is pretty clear as to how the wiring works.

Tom,
I need some help in finalizing my install of a Cummins EC-30, since you've installed a few I'm hoping you have some answers. I have everything working minus the HVAC connection. I have a Dometic Brisk AC and upgraded its control module to a 3109226.005 and upgrade to Comfort Control 2 thermostat. I connected another 3109226.005 control module via 3308013.006 comm cable and turned on the dip switch for gen set. I then added the AGS Pigtail (3109546.006) so I could connect the EC-30. I've also initialized the thermostat after it was all connected. Problem is, it doesn't work. The EC-30 requires a 12v change from the AC to activate the generator. Using a meter, I don't see any changes on the second control module. Any thoughts of what I might have missed?
