I am going ahead with the install. I was originally going to order the Bosch 2.5 gal, but tight install space forced me to instead order a smaller 1.6 gal "off brand" one. I decided that tank size was unimportant anyway, since the Girard will always refill the emptying mini tank with hot water at full flow, and the tank won't have to reheat electrically. Should have it installed in the next week or ten days, and I'll report the results.
