Propane Tank

I’m at rest in north FL.

I have on-board propane. It will only accept ~1g of propane. Once the 1g ends, the refrigerator indicator light flashes. No fire to the stove top.

I have an Extend-a-Stay. I can connect 20lbs and run the tank dry – heat included. I moved the regulator and lines out of the way. It has to be somewhere in the tank. Or not. There is/was a gauge mounted to a float but that leaked and had to be turned to the 5’oclock position to stop the leak. I filled the tank in north FL. Some 5300 mi had passed before the tank started acting up.

Has anyone experienced this and solved it?
