I would not drill or screw into that roto plastic if that's what it is due to future of it cracking if a hole was drilled. Try 1st and only use A 3M brand automotive double face tape you could get at the auto parts stores. Make sure you wipe both sides with rubbing alcohol 1st extremely important. What I will usually do is put a few dabs of silicone or some type of glue on the piece and then use the 3M double face trim tape holds it then the glue will secure also when dried but the tape holds it in place really well as the glue is setting up leave them both on. I would have never ever thought to tape anything and till I worked at the assembly line for the Ford Taurus / Sable in the 80's we used the 3M brand double faced tape on virtually all the outside moldings and other parts without fail and that made me a believer that's all I'll ever buy.
