Sorry my attached photo may have led you down a wrong path. I just used it as an example of a short hose. Your photos appeared to have enough room to install two short hoses (modify the ones you got with the kit even) then into the wye... all kept 'under' the floor and then you mentioned adding the solenoid, etc. I was not inferring for you to mount the inlet to the exterior. In your photos I had hoped you had enough room "upside down" to keep all this hidden.

Your mention of restrictions just had me thinking of a possibly smoother water flow to the Tornadoes.
