Good point, and as also mentioned by Jamie previously, diesel pushers are generally quieter because engine is all the way at back.

The loudest motorhome I've tested was a Front Engine Diesel (FRED). We couldn't talk normally -- the sound level was horrendous. Vibration at idle was bad too.
