Mine doesn't have a MAN button on it, you scroll to Manual with the arrow buttons and press Enter button when Manual mode is indicated on the display. In manual mode if you press the front button both front jacks go down. Right button both jacks on right go down, etc. To get one jack to go down, like say the right front one, you press the front and right buttons at the same time.
