Dealers using subcontractors
What course do you take if the dealer says, "We don't do that (whatever that is) in house, so we'll send it off to XYZ."?
Is it better to make arrangements to develop relationships with chassis, or perhaps tire service centers? Or best to allow the dealer to take your coach there in a subcontractor relationship?
I suppose your warranty state factors in to the decision too. I had some pre delivery rash caused by the need for the coach to visit the chassis shop that my dealer couldn't work through in house, but they say they're standing behind it...time will tell.
