As said above. That's a man who sees marketing as marketing.

Some people here would have their rv towed in if they went over 3,000 on an oil change, would take the back seat out of a towed to make the 30lbs difference and open a door so their slide doesn't create a vacuum when activated. Of COURSE they're going to believe the marketing the tire company does.

Only you can decide.
Take it to TWO or THREE professional Shops and ask them their opinion, then form YOUR opinion.

It's good you asked and it's a very reasonable question.
You seem capable of sorting 'reasonable' from 'marketing' suggestions.

TPMS are available on amazon for 40ish to 700ish bucks.
My 44 buck unit works as well as my 500 buck unit.
