OK, just an update since no one here knew the answer to my question.
Total Value RV in Elkhart IN can get the parts, unfortunately, only the complete bunk assembly is available and not just the tacks that I wanted. $541 + shipping. I did reach out to Schwintek and they said the same thing, only the full kit was available... their price was almost $1400.
The first thing I'm going to do is try to reset the upper and lower stops and get this thing realigned. At some point I will have to replace those tracks, I'm just not sure how to go about that process. When I do, I'll be getting them from Total Value RV unless someone knows of a cheaper location.
