First, welcome to the forum!
Second, our Aria's tankless hot water only works with the water pump ON, even if connected to shore power. It has to have X amount of PSI in order to operate properly. I'd start by trying this first.
It is also possible that Thor didn't plumb the sink correctly too. You'll need to dig deeper in order to resolve-please let us know what you find out.
